Premise
From the introduction:
"We need your help."
You look up startled. You didn't hear anyone enter. Standing before you is your friend, Dr. Sickman Fraud. You realize that it must be an emergency if the doctor comes to you.
"How can I help?"
"A very important person was attacked recently by an assassin. We thought that the attack missed, but he didn't. In the patient somewhere is a microscopic pellet, slowly releasing a poison. We have discovered the kind of poison, and know that it will be released into his body in 600 to 800 turns. We need you to go into the body and find the poison. We will supply you with a flashlight, zap gun, and lead container to put the pellet in. Remember, when you enter the body, to light flashlight."
