Smokas Tokas is the brother of the guild's resident wizard Hokas Tokas and lives in the city of Vulden. Like his brother, Smokas is a wizard well versed in magic who earns money by helping visitors improve their spell-casting abilities, but unlike Hokas he's described as "laid back". His name and mannerisms evoke the persona of a hippie stoner.

Smokas appears only in The Dragon of Aldaar by Glenn Gribble.
