Glenn Gribble is the author of the Eamon adventure The Dragon of Aldaar, which he wrote while in high school in 1980.
In correspondence with Huw Williams in 2022, Gribble recalled that Aldaar was the second major game he wrote; the first was a lunar lander game implemented on an Intel 8080 computer. Gribble attended CalTech, worked as an engineer and as a technology fellow at Goldman Sachs, and most recently served as a managing director at Bank of America. He is now semi-retired.
