Orc

This is a Class B (silver star) article.

Orcs are one of the many races that inhabit the planet of Eamon and appear in numerous Eamon adventures. Authors usually depict orcs as ugly, aggressive, and brutish, and they frequently appear as enemies that the adventurer must vanquish, though rarely as the primary villains.

Half-orcs — offspring of orcs and humans — appear in a couple of adventures, and the barkeep at the Black Horse Tavern in Behlos City states in The Treachery of Zorag that the tavern serves "the occasional orc half-breed". A more powerful breed of orc called the Uruk-hai exists on Arda and features in many of the Eamon adventures set in Middle-earth but is not known to inhabit Eamon.
