Utility

A utility is a program or piece of software designed to assist users in playing Eamon, authoring adventures, viewing or managing content, or performing other tasks outside of normal game play.

John Nelson of the National Eamon User's Club wrote and collected many utility programs and distributed them as the multi-disk Eamon Utilities series. Tom Zuchowski of the EAG later condensed these into a single volume known as the EAG Utilities Disk.

Nelson also released two volumes of Knight Quest Utilities for his Knight Quest variant.
