Death and resurrection

Death and resurrection are events that adventurers in Eamon can experience, sometimes repeatedly. Many adventures put the character into combat against challenging opponents, contain unexpected death traps, or feature other dangers that can easily kill the adventurer; however, since players may not want to lose characters that they've put effort into building and equipping, they may opt to resurrect their adventurers, returning them to a playable state for use in further adventures. While resurrecting a deceased adventurer was not a feature explicitly included in Brown's original game, most later versions and ports include a means of doing so.
