Shrine City

Shrine City is a location in the New Kingdom on the world of Eamon that first appears in Redemption, an Eamon adventure written by Sam Ruby released in 1995.

The site is in the southern portion of the kingdom and according to Ruby is only called a city because of the surrounding wall which encloses "a great number of shrines representing or commemorating various supernatural things that supposedly have happened in this region." Among the dozen or so temples and encampments are the Black Temple (southwest) and the White Temple (southeast). From Shrine City a road heads north across the kingdom's southern plain and connects to the other New Kingdom communities of Agroville, Ironcastle, Kingscourt, and Tradetown.

In Ruby's The Curse of Talon the high priest of the Temple of Light in Shrine City accompanies the adventurer on their mission.
