Betelgeuse
Betelgeuse is a star system that features in three Eamon adventures.
Betelgeuse VII was the home world of the adventurer's friend Ford Prefect who appears in the adventure The Heart of Gold by Frank Black. The adventurer may accidentally fall through a hole in the space-time continuum and arrive on Betelgeuse VII on the day of its destruction due to the Great Collapsing Hrung Disaster of Gal/Sid Year 03758.
Betelgeuse is one of five Federation-controlled star systems in The Final Frontier by Bob Slemon and is located at coordinates (16,19,7). The planet is a source of rare dilithium crystals.
In Roger Pender's FutureQuest the adventurer must assassinate the emperor of the K'lor Zanth Empire by infiltrating the imperial palace which stands on the planet Krytron in the Betelgeuse system.
