Arcturus is one of several star systems that the adventurer may visit in The Final Frontier by Bob Slemon, located at coordinates (9,15,9). The system is situated in the Neutral Zone between the United Federation of Eamon and the territory controlled by the Nebuleans. Human scientist Dr. D. Brown worked at a base on a planet in the Arcturus system while developing an advanced plasma weapon for the Nebuleans.
Trivia
- Arcturus is also identified as Alpha Boötis and is the brightest star in the constellation of Boötes.
