Removing all adventurers from the master

Re-initialize Characters is a BASIC utility written by Donald Brown that was included on the DOS 3.3 Eamon Master distributed by the National Eamon User's Club. The program deletes the existing Characters file and creates a new blank one, thus removing all adventurers from the master.
