LC/UC Conv is a utility program added by Tom Zuchowski to the EAG Utilities Disk that can convert strings of text into all upper case letters. Zuchowski writes in the disk's handbook that a user should first BLOAD the program, then can convert a string like A$ to upper case with the command CALL 768A$.
The program is a binary file.
