Edit Characters is a BASIC Eamon utility program written by Donald Brown probably around 1980 and included on John Nelson's Eamon Utilities II disk. The program load the Characters file on the Master and prompts the user if they wish to keep each one. Records the user doesn't want to keep are removed from the file.
