The Jarlschlager Mountains are a range of mountains near the eastern edge of the Kingdom of Evenhold, described by Pat Hurst in his Eamon Gazetteer and used as the setting of his adventure Grunewalde.
The small duchy and town of Grunewalde is situated in a valley in the upper reaches of the range and is the hereditary domain of the De Lupus family, supported largely through mining of gems and precious metals. The town of Belvarus is nearby. The Great East Road from Evenhold crosses the mountains through a pass south of Grunewalde, one of the few through the range. East of the mountains lie the spice lands; south lies the Desert of Terza.
