Barantu

Barantu is the patron deity of the city of Griswald on the world of Eamon, mentioned by Rodger Osgood in his adventure The City of Sorcerers. Near the center of Griswald stands a large and ornately carved statue of Barantu whose eye is a gem that grants magical protection to the people of the city. Thieves once stole the gem but the adventurer recovered it and returned it to the statue, causing Barantu himself to appear and bless one of the adventurer's weapons.
