The Underground Villains Club is an evil organization on the world of Eamon whose membership consists of the villains and antagonists from a variety of Eamon adventures. The club appears in The Tower of Eamon by Frank Black, Thomas Ferguson, and Huw Williams.
The leader of the club is the menacing Sandman, later revealed to be a persona adopted by the Bookworm. Other members include the wizards Norzap (from Beneath Mount Imagery), Izurath (from The Wizard's Tower), and Zenoqq (from The Domain of Zenoqq).
