The Eamon Utility Master is an Eamon master created by Andy Andrews. The EAG Online website notes:
It has a SNAPPY file and a suicide routine, but doesn't allow you to say no to Hokas, putting it somewhere between 1.0 and 1.1 in the schema of masters. Upon running the master, the player has the chance to run a character editor. Other than that, there is nothing special about this master.
