Redirects point the reader to the right article.

A redirect is a page that automatically sends the reader to another article in the wiki. Redirects are useful when a subject is known by multiple names or titles, since a reader searching for any of the alternate names will automatically be sent to the right article.

Common uses

In Eamon Wiki redirects are most commonly used for:

• Adventure numbers — Every number from 1 to 280 redirects to its associated adventure article.
• Surnames — Surname redirects help readers more easily reach articles on individuals.
• Variant adventure titles — Variants with different spellings, or with a missing "the", all redirect to the official title.
• Years — Every year from 1900 to 2100 redirects to its associated section in the timeline of Eamon history.

• 150 → Walled City of Darkness
• Zuchowski → Tom Zuchowski
