Dan Cross is the author of the Eamon adventure The House of Horrors and a contributor to the Eamon Adventurer's Log. Cross wrote reviews for The Caves of Eamon Bluff, Temple of the Trolls, and The Prince's Tavern and was humorously cited by editor John Nelson as the newsletter's "semi-president and critical critic", "tester", and "gaffer". Pat Hurst in the September 1988 issue of the Eamon Adventurer's Guild Newsletter declared Cross the winner of the "Weapons Contest".
