Hoyle Purvis is the author of eight Eamon adventures released in the 1990s. Purvis's first five adventures — Apocalypse 2021, Return of Ngurct, Lair of the Marauders, Haunted Keep, and Demongate — were all announced in the December 1991 issue of the Eamon Adventurer's Guild Newsletter. His next two releases were Eye of Agamon and Return to Pendrama, announced in June and September of 1992; his last, Jewel of Yara, was released in September 1995.

Exctinction, 2013
  • Extinction (October 2013) and Survival (February 2015), the first two books in the Extinction Saga, chronicle the struggles of the Roberts family to survive after a devastating planetwide plague has reduced most of humanity to deadly mutants.
  • Death in a Small Town (September 2014), later retitled Deadly Secrets: a thriller that follows former FBI agent John Thomas's efforts to solve the murder of his best friend, the police chief of the small town where both were raised.
  • Shadow Knight, Dark Justice (January 2016), set in Texas and northern Mexico in 1875 where frontier sheriff Zeb Watson seeks to free his daughter and other abducted women from the clutches of a band of kidnappers.
  • Freedom: The Mail Order Bride (December 2016), a Firefly-inspired science fiction adventure that follows space captain Benjamin Legare and his diverse crew.
