Welcome to the Eamon Wiki!

Hi, Auri, thanks for joining the Eamon Wiki! Before diving in to any editing, I recommend reading the tips for new editors and the terms of service — they're good starting points for getting your bearings and understanding how things work here.

If you have any questions or run into any problems, please leave a message for Huw Williams on his talk page. Huw is the wiki's administrator (and a longtime Eamonaut) and will be very happy to help get you started. Enjoy!

Auri, could I ask what your interest and experience is with Eamon? Your contributions so far seem very much focused either on your Dove Windsor page or on documenting negligible spacing adjustments. ╠╣uw [talk] 14:48, 8 January 2020 (EST)

Uh, I have to admit, I know nothing about Eamon. In fact, I'd like to learn more. About the spacing, I only do that to short articles. If they are longer, I fix grammatical errors using Grammarly. --Captain Cute (Love will conquer all!) 14:57, 8 January 2020 (EST)
Manually listing all your contributions isn't necessary: the wiki keeps track of them all automatically at Special:Contributions/Auri. As for improving grammar, that's a good goal, but your edits seem to be just replacing legitimate American spellings with British ones (like behavior to behaviour, or artifact to artefact). Since this is a US-based project, those changes aren't helpful. I appreciate your enthusiasm for editing, but since you don't know anything about this project and aren't making positive changes to the content, I must ask that you please desist. ╠╣uw [talk] 15:18, 8 January 2020 (EST)
I'm sorry, Auri, but I think it's best if I apply a user block at this time. The mission of this project is documenting Eamon, but since you admit you don't know what that is and aren't here to further that mission (and since your edits so far have been unproductive and mostly to a personal page about yourself), I think it's necessary in order to minimize possible disruption. Sorry, but I wish you well in other endeavors! ╠╣uw [talk] 15:45, 8 January 2020 (EST)
