The about template adds a header that clarifies the subject of the page, used when the page might be confused with some other subject.
Usage
The first parameter is a short description of the page's subject; the second is a description of the other thing it could be confused with; the third is the link to that other article.
For example, "Death Trap" (capitalized) is the name of an adventure, but the term (in lower case) is also the name of an adventure feature, and that similarity could cause confusion. To make it clear which is which, the article about the adventure includes this at the top:
