Summary

Description

An Eamon advertisement from the Computer Learning Center published in the October 1983 issue (#2) of Hardcore Computist, p. 20. The artwork shows a man in a collared shirt and tie angrily pointing a futuristic gun at the head of a tentacled, many-eyed monster; in the foreground on a desk sits a case labeled "Eamon". The text reads:

40 aventure disks.
The enjoyment is endless. And with the Eamon master and utility disks, you can create your own adventures.
These adventure games, in text format, let you vicariously experience a world so real, yet far from reality.
Wander through strange forests, caverns, castles, and worlds, all full of dangers and rewards.
Battle strange and wondrous creatures.
Uncover and hoard hidden treasures.
A story has just one ending. In an adventure game the lead character is you, the player. You choose the events, fact the risks, and determine your fate through you actions.
All games are in the public domain. You can copy them and give, trade, or sell them to your friends and enemies.

This is the first page of a two-page ad; see the second page (p. 21).
