Kevin Knuth is the creator of the Dungeons & Dragons scenario "The Creature of Rhyl", which won second place in the 1981 International Dungeon Design Contest II – Basic Division. The scenario was published in the November 1981 issue (#55) of Dragon magazine, and in 1990 was adapted into an Eamon adventure by Robert Parker.
